Dr. Stewart graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1995 with a doctorate in chiropractic after completing his undergraduate work in biology from Monmouth University and the California State University in Northridge, California. While in school he was part of two national honor societies, on the national dean’s list, and served as the student body president. From 1996 through 2006 Dr. Stewart’s main body of work was performing chiropractic treatment on families including children as young as infants, and patients as old as 96. His treatments were, and still are, for the purpose of restoring and maintaining patient’s general health, improving overall body function, and relieving pain.

From 2006 through 2014 he honed his skills as a sports physician by working the sidelines of various events such as football, mixed martial arts, Tae Kwondo, gymnastics, fencing, and triathlons. In March 2014 Dr. Stewart had the opportunity to volunteer at the US Olympic Training Center for two weeks in Chula Vista, CA where treatment was provided to past and future US Olympic and Paralympic athletes for various sports injuries. As a result, he was offered to be the Team Chiropractor for the US Paralympic Cycling Team at the 2014 Paracycling World Championships that August in Greenville, SC. Since then he has traveled through Europe with the team acting as the Team Chiropractor at World Championships and World Cups.

Dr. Stewart holds special certifications with two organizations (ACBSP & FICS) in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries, allowing him the opportunity to work with high school, college, or professional sports teams as a team chiropractor. He continues to attend professional seminars on a regular basis to fine-tune his chiropractic and sports injury treatment skills and knowledge. He is currently a member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association.
